National Governing Council

The National Advisory Council (NAC) serves as the third-highest organ of RAP and functions as a standing committee of the NDC. Meeting quarterly, the NAC provides strategic advisory and consultancy services to the Party's organs and ensures alignment with the Party’s vision and objectives.

Comprising key Party leaders and independent consultants from specialized professional sectors, the NAC supervises organizational activities, resolves internal disputes, and propagates RAP’s ideology and policies. It plays a pivotal role in reviewing the Party manifesto, approving constitutional amendments, and recruiting top leadership positions. Guided by a commitment to fostering dialogue and responsive decision-making, the NAC ensures that RAP remains effective, united, and aligned with its constitutional and ideological framework.
