National Delegates Convention

The National Delegates Convention (NDC) serves as the supreme decision-making organ of RAP, entrusted with the authority to determine the Party’s policies, principles, and programs. Convened at least once every five years, the NDC brings together a diverse composition of Party leaders, officials and members, including representatives from the NEC, National Advisory Council (NAC), Parliamentary Group, Governors, County Assemblies, and various RAP Leagues.

The NDC plays a pivotal role in shaping RAP’s vision by fostering unity, reviewing Party finances, electing national party officials, and approving critical documents like the Party’s Constitution and Manifesto. With a maximum of 3,500 delegates, this Convention is a cornerstone of RAP’s commitment to inclusive governance, transparency, and national development.
